Chemical pre-treatment

Reasons for chemical pre-treatment:

Gardobond X 4739 is a multifunctional product that can be used for various types of pre-treatment. It can be used as a degreaser to remove grease, rust, oxidation, and other contaminants from the surface of the object. Gardobond X 4739 also contains a passivator that creates a protective layer on the surface of the object to prevent corrosion.

The process starts by placing the object in the jet washer. Jet washers work by pumping a mixture of water and chemical product through a series of nozzles mounted on the walls of a closed chamber. The mixture then forms a high-pressure jet that is directed towards the surface of the object. This process removes all contaminants and dirt from the surface of the object while applying a protective layer of passivator.

After the object has been treated, it can be rinsed with water if necessary to remove any residues of the chemical product or contaminants from the surface. Once the surface has dried, the object can be powder coated or subjected to other surface treatments.

In summary, chemical pre-treatment is an effective and versatile process for cleaning and preparing surfaces for powder coating or other surface treatments. The process removes all contaminants while applying a protective layer to prevent corrosion.

Maximum size of objects: 1900 x 1100 x 8000 mm.
